Pricing policy

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) where applicable.

Customer service policy

Home Economics Victoria is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing for all products and services is true and correct. When our office is open standard delivery timeframes are 3–5 business days; if an ordered item or event registration option is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations of event registration must be in writing and forwarded either by post or email as follows:

Cancellation of IFHE World Congress registrations received after 16 April 2012 cannot be refunded. 'No-shows' will not qualify for refunds.

IFHE World Congress registration cancellation requests received until 4.30 pm (GMT +10) 16 April 2012 will be refunded except for an administration fee of 20% per participant.
